The Calls:
Answer bilingual inbound service calls concerning our security systems services. As a Contract Home Agent for Reliance Protectron, you will do first level troubleshooting on- line and when necessary , you will book technician visits. You may also add or modify Customers information and provide billing information, as well as offer additional services when needed.
Target Earnings Range:
Range $14-$17 per hour @ $1.42 per call.
